Zaida Khalida Binti Shaari is 58 years old, female, of Malaysian nationality, and holds the directorate of Independent and Non-Executive. The effective date of the change is January 14, 2026.

The composition of the Risk Committee after the change is: Junaidah Binti Mohd Said (Chairman, Independent Non-Executive Director), Dato' Wan Roshdi Bin Wan Musa (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director), Chin See Mei (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director), and Zaida Khalida Binti Shaari (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director).
