Minieye Technology Co. Ltd. announced that it has formally entered into an autonomous vehicle procurement contract with an independent third party focusing on the fields of intelligent vehicles and their components, and smart transportation. Pursuant to the terms of the Procurement Contract, by adhering to the principles of equality and voluntariness, mutual benefit and win-win, honesty and creditworthiness, both parties have agreed that the Group will supply driverless buses, autonomous driving kits, and provide related technical services to the counterparty.

This contract involves the procurement of over a hundred driverless buses and related supporting services, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 130 million (tax inclusive). The products to be delivered by the Group will be primarily used in local cultural tourism, micro-circulation, and bus application scenarios. This cooperation will assist the Group in further expanding its market share for driverless vehicles and supporting solutions, enhancing its brand influence, continuously promoting the large-scale commercial application of autonomous driving technology in cultural tourism, micro-circulation, and bus application scenarios, and solidifying the Group?s leading position in the industry.

This procurement cooperation with the counterparty allows the Group to fully leverage its core strengths in L4 autonomous driving technology, integrated hardware-software R&D and mass-production delivery, while combining the counterparty?s resources and capabilities in scenario implementation and regional operations. This will facilitate the implementation and popularization of autonomous driving technology in the cultural tourism transportation segment and create a replicable model for commercial application for the industry. The signing of this hundred-unit procurement contract represents the continuous acceleration of the commercialization process of the Group?s driverless vehicle business, further strengthening the Group?s market competitiveness and industry influence.
