Marshall Wace is no longer a public short seller in the apparel company H&M after reducing its short position to below 0.5 percent of the share capital.

There is now only one public short seller in the company. However, a total of 5.33 percent of H&M's capital remains shorted. The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) requires positions exceeding 0.1 percent to be reported, while short positions above 0.5 percent must be made public.
