Manaksia Aluminium Company Limited has approved the appointment of Mr. Abhishek Chakraborty as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with immediate effect. The appointment was made based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on January 9, 2026. Abhishek Chakraborty is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
He comes with an experience of about 8 years in the field of compliance, corporate law and finance. He has successfully handled the IPO of Phoenix Overseas Limited. He was employed as a Young Professional at the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal, Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
Apart from being a Company Secretary he is Law and Commerce graduate, he also holds various certifications bestowed upon him by National Skill Development Corporation, National Stock Exchange of Limited and other training centres.
