Major shareholder Grupo Lusiaves purchased 9,000 shares in the poultry company Scandi Standard on August 4. The shares were acquired at an average price of SEK 94.80 each, amounting to a total transaction value of SEK 853,200. The deal was executed on Nasdaq Stockholm, according to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's insider registry.

Portuguese-based Grupo Lusiaves is the largest individual shareholder in Scandi Standard and is represented on the board by Paulo Gaspar. Investment company Öresund, led by Mats Qviberg, is the second-largest shareholder. When factoring in Qviberg's personal holdings and those of related parties, his total stake surpasses that of Grupo Lusiaves.
