On August 1, major shareholder Grupo Lusiaves purchased 27,055 shares in the poultry company Scandi Standard. The shares were acquired at an average price of SEK 94.62 per share, amounting to a transaction valued at nearly SEK 2.6 million. The deal was executed on Nasdaq Stockholm, according to information from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's insider register.
Portuguese company Grupo Lusiaves is the largest individual shareholder in Scandi Standard and is represented by Paulo Gaspar, who serves as a board member at Scandi Standard. Investment company Öresund, led by Mats Qviberg, is the second-largest shareholder. When Qviberg's personal holdings are included together with those of his related parties, he controls a larger stake than Grupo Lusiaves.
