Major shareholder Grupo Lusiaves purchased 17,036 shares in the poultry company Scandi Standard on August 8. The shares were acquired at an average price of SEK 96 per share, amounting to a total transaction value of just over SEK 1.6 million. The deal was executed on Nasdaq Stockholm, according to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's insider register.
Portuguese-based Grupo Lusiaves is the largest individual shareholder in Scandi Standard and is represented on the board by Paulo Gaspar. Investment company Öresund, led by Mats Qviberg, is the second largest shareholder. However, when including Qviberg's personal holdings and those of related parties, his controlled stake surpasses that of Grupo Lusiaves.
