Macquarie Technology Group Limited announced that Justin Forsell has retired as Company Secretary effective from 5 September 2025. The Company further advises that Michael Gold will be appointed as Company Secretary effective 5 September 2025. Mr. Gold was previously Company Secretary between June 2019 and May 2024.

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6, the Company also advises that from 5 September 2025, Mr. Gold will be the person responsible for communications with the Australian Securities Exchange in relation to Listing Rules matters.
