Shareholders in the real estate and investment company Lundbergs are invited to the Annual General Meeting on Monday, April 20, in Stockholm.
The Board of Directors proposes a dividend of 4.90 kronor per share.
The re-election of the current Board is proposed, consisting of Chairman Bo Selling and members Carl Bennet, Sofia Frändberg, Louise Lindh, Fredrik Lundberg, Katarina Martinson, Krister Mattsson, Sten Peterson, and Lars Pettersson.
The Board seeks authorization from the meeting to decide on the acquisition of the company's own shares.
Ms. Katarina Martinson is a Chairman at Indutrade AB, an Independent Director at Husqvarna AB, an Independent Director at LE Lundbergföretagen AB, a Chairman at Djursjukhusgruppen i Sverige AB and a Chairman at Picadeli AB.
