Pharmaceutical company Lundbeck has appointed Markus Kede as Senior Vice President and Chief AI Officer. He will join the executive management team and report to CEO Charl van Zyl.
Kede most recently served as Head of Finance and Business Planning for Lundbeck in the US and is expected to assume his new role by July 1 at the latest.
The appointment is part of the company's strategy to integrate artificial intelligence into its operations.
