On December 15, 2025, the board of directors of Lumentum Holdings Inc. appointed Thad Trent to serve as a member of the Board, effective immediately. Concurrent with his appointment to the Board, Mr. Trent was also appointed to serve on the Audit Committee of the Board. Mr. Trent will serve an initial term of office expiring at the Company?s 2026 annual meeting of stockholders and until his successor is duly elected and qualified.
Mr. Trent, 58, has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at ON Semiconductor Corporation (onsemi), a semiconductor supplier of power and sensing solutions, since February 2021. Prior to onsemi, Mr. Trent was the Chief Financial Officer at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, a semiconductor design and manufacturing company, from June 2014 until its sale to Infineon Technologies AG in April 2020, and was Vice President, Finance from October 2005 to June 2014. He held progressive leadership positions in finance at Wyle Electronics, Zaffire Inc., Scion Photonics Inc. and Wind River Systems Inc. from 1992 to 2005.
Mr. Trent holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from San Diego State University.
