Lion-Phillip S-REIT ETF announced distribution of SGD 0.0220 per unit for the period from 1 July 2025 to 31 December 2025 registered in the name of each holder of the Fund. The above distribution comprises a taxable income component of SGD 0.0105 per unit, a tax exempt income component of SGD 0.0048 per unit and a capital component of SGD 0.0067 per unit. The capital component of the distribution comprises a return of capital of SGD 0.0045 per unit and a capital distribution of SGD 0.0022 per unit from the Fund's underlying REITs.
Ex-Dividend Date is 28 January 2026, Record Date is 29 January 2026 and Payment Date is 27 February 2026.
