Norwegian fish farming group Lerøy Seafood reported a harvest volume of 39,900 gutted weight tonnes (GWT) for the first quarter, up from 38,200 tonnes in the prior-year period. These figures exclude Scottish farming operations.
The harvest volume exceeded the 38,771 tonnes projected by Bloomberg consensus estimates.
