(Reuters) -Space and defense company Voyager Technologies said on Tuesday it has confidentially filed for an initial public offering in the United States.

The number of shares to be offered and the price range have not yet been determined, the company said.

Strong equity markets, falling interest rates and hopes of a friendlier regulatory environment for deals and offerings under the Trump administration have ushered several companies to list their shares.

The company, previously known as Voyager Space, announced its rebranding to Voyager Technologies last week.
