Kier Group plc announces that Margaret Hassall will retire from the Kier Board as a Non-Executive Director and as Chair of the Remuneration Committee on May 29, 2026. Anne Baldock, who joined Kier as a Non-Executive Director in July 2025, will be appointed as Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from May 30, 2026. Anne has been a member for the Remuneration Committee since joining and is a serving Chair of the Remuneration Committee of Pantheon Infrastructure plc.
