The Finnish retail group Kesko reported a 6.9 percent increase in sales for October, reaching EUR1,202.5 million, which corresponds to a 3.4 percent rise in comparable terms. The figures were released in a company press statement.

Sales grew across all three business sectors. Grocery trade rose by 3.6 percent to EUR586.1 million, while building and technical trade climbed 12.0 percent to EUR491.3 million. Car trade increased by 3.3 percent to EUR127.1 million.
