Kenmare Resources plc reported production results for the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2025. During the quarter, excavated ore totaled 9.22 million tonnes, down 11% year-on-year, while grades declined to 3.36%, representing a 32% decrease compared with Fourth Quarter 2024. Heavy mineral concentrate (HMC) production was 264,300 tonnes, a 39% decline year-on-year, and HMC processed amounted to 267,700 tonnes, also down 39%. Ilmenite production fell 40% to 183,400 tonnes, while primary zircon decreased 28% to 10,600 tonnes. Rutile production stood at 1,900 tonnes, down 34% year-on-year. Concentrates production, however, rose sharply to 62,400 tonnes, an increase of 457% compared with the same quarter last year.
For the full year 2025, Kenmare reported excavated ore of 36.96 million tonnes, a 10% decline compared with 2024, with an average grade of 4.04%, down 3% year-on-year. HMC production reached 1.23 million tonnes, down 15%, while HMC processed totaled 1.22 million tonnes, a 16% decrease compared with the prior year. Ilmenite production amounted to 842,300 tonnes, down 17%, while primary zircon production was 50,000 tonnes, down 1%. Rutile production declined 12% to 8,600 tonnes. Concentrates production for the year increased significantly to 103,100 tonnes, representing a 124% increase year-on-year.
