Kartesia Management S.à r.l., Groupe Siparex, Crédit Agricole S.A. (ENXTPA:ACA), BNP Paribas Développement SA, SCR and management team of Groupe WINNCARE S.A.S agreed to acquire an unknown minority stake in Groupe WINNCARE S.A.S from Groupe Siparex, Crédit Agricole S.A. (ENXTPA:ACA), BNP Paribas Développement SA, SCR, management team of Groupe WINNCARE S.A.S, IDI (ENXTPA:IDIP) and CAPZA 5 Flex Equity, managed by Atalante SAS on March 23, 2026. Capza and IDI are exiting the company. CACIB (Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank) provided financing in the transaction. The acquisition includes Winncare's five international commercial subsidiaries (France, the UK, Spain, Denmark and Poland) and 12 production sites, the group has established itself as a leading European platform.
For the period ending December 31, 2025, Groupe WINNCARE S.A.S reported total revenue of ?150 million.
The transaction remains subject to consultation with employee representative bodies and approval by the relevant regulatory authorities.
