Jubilant FoodWorks Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Virender Singh Sehrawat as EVP & Head - Integrated Supply Chain responsible for CTS, Quality, R&D, Projects, Procurement & Supply Chain and inclusion in the Senior Management of the Company with effect from December 15, 2025. Mr. Virender Singh Sehrawat is a seasoned operations and supply chain leader with over 26 years of experience across Consumer Durables, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, and FMCG sectors. He has worked with global organizations in diverse leadership roles, driving transformation and operational excellence across geographies.

He is currently working as Sr. Director ? In-Market Supply Chain at Kenvue (India) leading end-to-end supply chain operations for India and serving as part of India management Board. Previously, he held senior roles at Johnson & Johnson in Singapore and APAC.

Mr. Sehrawat has done PGDIE from NITIE and graduated in Electrical Engineering. Consequent to the aforesaid appointment, Mr. Somnath Das, SVP ? Supply Chain & Manufacturing shall cease to be part of the Senior Management of the Company with effect from December 15, 2025.

However, he will continue to lead Supply Chain & Manufacturing and will report to Mr. Sehrawat. Jubilant FoodWorks Limited also announced the appointment of Mr. Vibhor Gupta, who is currently EVP & Head of Operations, Domino?s India, as EVP & Head ? Popeyes and elevation to the Senior Management of the Company with effect from January 31, 2026.

Mr. Vibhor Gupta has over 16 years of rich experience across Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, and Operations and has deep expertise in scaling businesses and driving strategic change. He joined the Company as Head of Operations, Domino?s India in August 2023. He has been instrumental in driving Domino?s transformation journey, delivering double-digit growth amid a challenging business environment.

He has strengthened operational efficiency, and used Digital as an anchor to enhance business performance, positioning Domino?s India for sustained growth and market leadership. Mr. Gupta has done his MBA from IIM Calcutta and is a Computer Engineering graduate. Mr. Gaurav Pande, who was earlier EVP & Head- Popeyes, will now assume the role of EVP & Head - Corporate Strategy and continue to be part of the Senior Management of the Company.

In this capacity, Mr. Pande will be responsible for shaping and driving the organization?s long-term strategic vision and identifying future growth opportunities across all businesses.
