JPMorgan US Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc announced that following the combination of Franklin Global Trust PLC and Invesco Global Equity Income Trust PLC, Christopher Metcalfe a Non-Executive Director of the Company has retired as Non-Executive Director and Chair of Franklin Global Trust PLC.
