The Board of Jiangxi Copper Company Limited has recommended distributing to all shareholders of the Company a final Ordinary dividend of RMB 0.60 per 10 share (inclusive of tax) for the year ended December 31, 2025. The A shares 2025 final dividend will be declared and paid in Renminbi, and the H shares 2025 final dividend will be declared in Renminbi and paid in Hong Kong dollars; and The profit distribution will not carry out conversion of capital reserve to share capital or issue of bonus shares. Subject to approval at the AGM on June 5, 2026, the Company expects to distribute the 2025 final dividend on 17 July 2026.

Further announcement(s) relating to the detailed arrangement of the distribution of the 2025 final dividend will be made by the Company in due course. Record date is 19 June 2026, Ex-dividend date is 11 June 2026.
