BEIJING, Jan 13 (Reuters) - Deppon Logistics is seeking to delist from Shanghai Stock Exchange to adapt to industry trends and more efficiently integrate with the resources of shareholder JD.com's own logistics arm, a stock exchange filing showed on Tuesday.

JD.com subsidiary JD Logistics acquired Deppon in 2022. It now owns a 79.59% stake in Deppon and is the courier's actual controller, the filing showed.

JD Logistics will offer to buy Deppon shares from other shareholders at 19 yuan ($2.72) per share, a separate filing showed.
