ISS has been selected as the new integrated facilities services (IFS) provider for a new customer in the UK. The contract has an annual value of more than DKK 100 million. The contract has a five-year duration and will go live in fourth quarter of 2026.
ISS A/S is one of the world's leaders in general services to companies and communities. Net sales break down by activity as follows:
- cleaning services (42,2%): to administrative premises, schools, hotels, health facilities, industrial companies, etc.;
- building technical maintenance and landscape development services (23,5%). The group also develops rat and insect extermination products distribution activity;
- catering services (14,7% ;
- others (19.6%): support services (distribution and management of mails, logistics services, etc.), security services (building gardening and security services, alarm and access control systems installation, etc.), professional and industrial premises management and development.
Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Northern Europe (38.1%), Central and Southern Europe (34.6%), Asia/Pacific (17.2%), America (9.1%) and other (1%).
