Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) on 1 March 2024, as eventually amended by the relevant supplements (the "Certificates ")

With this notice Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. hereby gives notice that, as of 17 March 2026, the ISIN Code and the Bloomberg Code of the Basket Constituent Roche Holding AG (ISIN Code: CH0012032048; Bloomberg Code: ROG SE )shall be deemed amended inRoche Holding AG (ISIN Code: CH1499059983; Bloomberg Code: ROP SE ).

As a consequence, all the references to the ISIN Code and the Bloomberg Code of the Basket Constituent Roche Holding AG within the Final Terms and the Summary of the Specific Issue (enclosed to the Final Terms) relating to the Certificates shall be deemed amended accordingly.
