AB Science has announced the granting of a patent in Japan for the use of Masitinib in the treatment of progressive forms of multiple sclerosis (MS) until 2041. This marks the first country to grant a patent for MS.

Biomérieux
bioMérieux has announced the acquisition of Accellix, an American company that has developed rapid and automated flow cytometry solutions (a technique that analyzes the physical and chemical characteristics of individual cells as they pass at very high speed in a liquid flow). These analyses are intended for quality control of cell and gene therapies.

Bouygues/Orange
The French telecom landscape has arguably never been closer to shifting from four to three players. The trio of Bouygues Telecom, Free, and Orange confirms "the existence of discussions with the Altice Group" regarding the acquisition of a large part of its telecommunications activities. Bouygues Telecom, Free, and Orange, grouped in a consortium, have confirmed that due diligence processes have been underway since the beginning of January 2026. "The legal and financial terms of the transaction are not subject to any agreement at this date," they are careful to specify. As the standard formula goes, there is no certainty that this process will come to fruition.


Getlink
Getlink reports stable revenue (-1%) at just over 1.59 billion euros in 2025, supported by increased revenues at Eurotunnel and Europorte amid an expected normalization of Eleclink's contribution. Eurotunnel, which operates the Channel Tunnel, achieved a 4% rise in revenue to 1.20 billion euros, with 2% growth for shuttles and 4% for the rail network, while Europorte saw its revenue increase by 2% to 172 million euros.

GTT
GTT announced it received, during the fourth quarter of 2025, an order from HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering (HD KSOE) for the design of tanks for three new LNG carriers.

Interparfums
Interparfums, "given a slightly better than expected year-end," posted constant currency revenue for the 2025 fiscal year of 918 million euros, reflecting organic growth of 4.3% compared to 2024. The weak dollar weighed on reported revenue, which rose by 2.1% to just under 900 million euros, a growth that nevertheless "reflects the strength of the group's flagship brands in an ever-challenging environment."

Ipsen
The French laboratory has prevailed before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), ending a major dispute with Galderma and thereby securing its R&D portfolio.

Ipsos
Ahead of its investor day, Ipsos announced a new strategic plan "aimed at returning to a sustained growth pace," led by CEO Jean Laurent Poitou and approved by its board of directors. Ipsos will invest over one billion euros over the next five years in transformation operations, primarily through acquisitions and strategic investments, a plan mainly financed by free cash flow. According to the group, its annual organic growth rate should reach 5% or more starting in 2028, accompanied by an improvement in operating margin, which that same year should reach a record level of 13.5%.

Michelin
Preliminary financial figures for Bibendum for 2025 show free cash flow before acquisitions of 2.1 billion euros, exceeding the range (between 1.5 and 1.8 billion euros) indicated on October 13, 2025. Regarding sector operating income at constant exchange rates, the group confirms the range communicated on October 13, 2025, i.e., between 2.6 and 3 billion euros. Audited annual results for 2025 will be published as scheduled on February 11, 2026, after market close.

Société Générale
Société Générale has submitted, to employee representative bodies, a project for organizational simplification in France, "in line with its strategic roadmap and ambition for sustainable performance." This project for changes in France concerns several activities and central functions at headquarters, as well as the regional organization of retail banking (the branch network is not affected), with the aim of simplifying operating methods. Relying on natural attrition and an unprecedented social plan that invests in internal mobility and skills development for employees, the banking group would reduce the net number of jobs by 1,800.

The space subsidiary of Thales and Leonardo has reached a crucial milestone in space intelligence by securing a strategic contract for the development of a national sovereign radar imaging capability.

Ubisoft
Ubisoft has announced a major overhaul of its organization, operational model, and portfolio to regain creative leadership, increase agility, and return to sustainable growth, while aiming for a stronger cash generation. This transformation is built around three pillars: the implementation of a new operational model, a refocused portfolio supported by a largely revised three-year roadmap, and a resizing of the organization. For 2025-26, the publisher is now targeting net bookings of around 1.5 billion euros, which implies a drop of about 330 million euros in gross margin compared to previous targets, notably due to adjustments in the release pipeline for the current quarter and the postponement of certain partnership discussions.
