International Gemmological Institute (India) Limited announced at the board meeting held on November 5, 2025, approved, subject to requisite regulatory and statutory approvals: change in the Financial Year of the Company from the existing period of `January 1 to December 31' to `April 1 to March 31'; and extension of the current financial year to a period of fifteen (15) months, commencing from January 1, 2025 and ending on March 31, 2026, to facilitate the transition. Thereafter, the Financial Year shall follow the revised cycle of `April 1 to March 31'.
