Inta Bina Group Berhad has been appointed as the main contractor for a mixed commercial development at Eco Ardence, Shah Alam, Selangor, on a design and build basis. The contract, valued at MYR 32.413 million, was awarded by Eco Ardence Sdn. Bhd.
and underscores the Group?s continued competitiveness in securing commercial construction projects, reflecting sustained market confidence in the growth prospects of commercial properties in Klang Valley. The development, located within the Eco Ardence township in Shah Alam, will comprise two distinct blocks. Block 1, a 2-storey structure, will house 22 low-cost shop units and a multipurpose hall.
Block 2, rising to 5 storeys, will deliver 14 ground-floor retail units, three levels of office space across Levels 1 to 3, and a dedicated hall at Level 4. The scope also includes one TNB electrical sub-station, with the full works covering civil, structural and mechanical & electrical (M&E) systems delivered under a single design and build contract. The contract adds MYR 32.413 million to the Group?s order book and is expected to contribute to revenue and earnings progressively over the 18-month project period. Together with the Group?s existing pipeline, this award provides the Group with solid earnings visibility as it continues to execute on its current workload and pursue new opportunities selectively.
