On October 30, 2025, Insight Enterprises, Inc. announced that Joyce Mullen intends to retire as Chief Executive Officer, effective upon the Board electing her successor. This transition is part of the Board?s succession planning, which has been in development since the beginning of this year with the transition currently expected to occur during the first quarter of 2026. In connection with this succession planning, the Board began a search earlier this year by engaging an executive search firm to identify a suitable candidate and evaluate potential successors from outside the Company.
To ensure an effective transition to new leadership, Ms. Mullen will continue to serve as an advisor following her retirement as CEO.
