InPost S.A. announced that, Mr. Hein Pretorius, Mr. Didier Stoessel, Mr. Jan Harrer, and Mrs. Magdalena Dziewguc have proposed their resignations as members of the Supervisory Board, effective from the Settlement Date, subject to the Offer being declared unconditional, with interim discharge granted for the period from January 1, 2026 up to and including the date of the meeting, except in cases of wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or fraud.
