Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited at its extraordinary shareholders' meeting (ESM) to be held on November 28, 2025, recommended the 2025 interim dividends for ordinary shares of RMB 0.1414 per share (pre-tax) for the six months ended 30 June 2025 and, if the 2025 interim profit distribution plan is considered and approved at the ESM, such dividend is expected to be paid no later than 26 January 2026 to those Shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the Bank after close of trade on 12 December 2025. Ex-dividend date is 04 December 2025.
