IDI (ENXTPA:IDIP) signed an agreement to acquire an unknown majority stake in Forsk S.A.S. on June 30, 2025. The acquisition, subject to customary conditions precedent, will be finalized by the end of July 2025.

For the period ending December 31, 2024, Forsk S.A.S. reported total revenue of ?32 million and employs approximately 140 people.
