Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co.,Ltd. has announced a private placement of Series 312 Bearer-type unsecured private placement convertible bonds of the company to raise gross proceeds of KRW 500,000,000,000 on June 9, 2026. The transaction involves the new investor participation of NH Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. for KRW 200,000,000,000, Korea Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. for KRW 150,000,000,000, Kiwoom Securities Co., Ltd. for KRW 150,000,000,000.
