Hutchison Telecommunications Hong Kong Holdings Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Koo Sing Fai from his position as Executive Director and cessation as member of the Sustainability Committee effective October 1, 2025, and the appointment of Mr. Ho Wai Wing, Raymond as Executive Director and member of the Sustainability Committee effective October 1, 2025. Mr. Ho, aged 63, was General Director from 2021 to 2025 and Chief of South Region and National Chief Communication Officer from 2019 to 2021 of Vietnamobile Telecommunications Joint Stock Company, part of the Asian telecommunications business of CK Hutchison Holdings Limited (the shares of which are listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and a substantial shareholder of the Company within the meaning of Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (the "SFO")).
Prior to that, Mr. Ho had held various positions in the Group including Brand Management & Digital Marketing Director of 3HK from 2017 to 2019, Corporate & Marketing Communications Director from 2014 to 2017 and Consumer Market Director (Fixed) from 2012 to 2014. Mr. Ho is a brother-in-law of Mr. Fok Kin Ning, Canning, Chairman and Non-executive Director of the Company. Save as disclosed above, Mr. Ho does not have any relationship with any other directors, senior management, or substantial or controlling shareholders of the Company.
Mr. Ho holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Hong Kong.
