- China Connect Securities under Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect

The following China Connect Securities, which will be eligible for trading under Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect as announced by the Exchange on 6 Feb 2026, will be admitted to CCASS as Eligible Securities with effect from their respective commencement date of trading. Trades in such China Connect Securities will be cleared and settled in Renminbi under the Continuous Net Settlement System of CCASS in accordance with the General Rules of HKSCC and the HKSCC Operational Procedures. No deposit and withdrawal services will be provided by HKSCC in respect of China Connect Securities.

The list of China Connect Securities for trading on the next trading day ("T Day") is normally confirmed one business day before T Day. Should there be any changes in the information provided in this circular, a separate circular will be published by HKSCC.
China Connect Securities are represented by 6-digit stock codes on the Shanghai Stock Exchange ("SSE Stock Code"). The same 6-digit SSE Stock Codes will be used for trading under Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect. As CCASS currently adopts a 5-digit stock code system, each SSE Stock Code will be mapped to a unique 5-digit stock code for use in CCASS ("CCASS Stock Code").
HKSCC will use the official English stock short names published by Shanghai Stock Exchange (https://http://www.sse.com.cn/assortment/stock/home/) for China Connect Securities as far as possible in CCASS. However, due to the difference in system design, the two sets of names may differ in some cases. English stock short names for China Connect Securities in CCASS will carry a suffix "-A".
