Hiper Global Ltd. announced that from September 2025 until the date of this report, the Company has received cumulative new orders from an existing customer in Israel, a third party unrelated to the Company (hereinafter: "the Customer"), in the scope of approximately $23.5 million, for the supply of advanced computing systems for projects in the AI field, a scope significantly higher than the representative order rate for these lines of activity in recent years. Within the aforementioned orders, orders totaling approximately $10 million were included for a new product line in which the Company won. The Company estimates that these orders will be supplied in the coming year.
Upon execution of the supplies, revenues will be reflected within the reporting framework of the Israel segment in the Company's financial reports. The Company is unable to assess at this stage the development of these product lines, and the scope or rate of additional future orders. In the Company's assessment, the nature and scope of the orders, demonstrates the establishment of its position as a leading supplier in Israel for the supply of advanced computing solutions.
