Hiper Global Ltd. announced a private placement of 3,811,650 common shares at the price of ILS 22.30 per share for gross proceeds of ILS 84,999,795 on January 12, 2026. The transaction will include participation from new investors Analyst Pension Fund Management Ltd. for 385,484 shares for gross proceeds of ILS 8,596,293; Analyst I.E.S. Mutual Funds Management (1986) Ltd. for 112,108 shares for gross proceeds of ILS 2,500,008; Meitav Portfolio Management Ltd. for 1,604,210 shares for gross proceeds of ILS 35,773,883; Orcom Strategies Ltd. for 135,000 shares for gross proceeds of ILS 3,010,500; Longroad Asset Management, LLC for 100,000 shares for gross proceeds of ILS 2,230,000; Meitav Mutual Funds Ltd. for 482,531shares for gross proceeds of ILS 10,760,441; Hatzavim Limited Partnership for 224,200 shares for gross proceeds of ILS 4,999,660; Yelin Lapidot Pension Fund Management Ltd. for 538,117 shares for gross proceeds of ILS 12,000,009; Sigma Mutual Funds Ltd. for 230,000 shares for gross proceeds of ILS 5,129,000. The shares will be locked up for a period of six months from the date of allocation.

The transaction has been approved by board of directors of the company.
