High Co targets over 17% gross profit growth for 2026
HighCo reported a 2025 gross profit of 66.65 million euros, up 9.2% on a reported basis, including Sogec and BudgetBox. Adjusted recurring operating income (ROI) reached 8.04 million euros, an increase of 6.5%.
Adjusted net income attributable to the Group rose 20.3% to 6.4 million euros. Adjusted earnings per share stood at 0.33 euros, up 20.8%.
Conversely, the adjusted operating margin contracted by 30 basis points to 12.1%.
With cash assets of 94.98 million euros and gross financial debt of 18.15 million euros as of December 31, 2025, the net cash position (net cash surplus) settled at 76.83 million euros, down 3.86 million euros compared to December 31, 2024.
Regarding its outlook, the marketing and communication specialist anticipates a 2026 gross profit exceeding 78 million euros, factoring in the full-year impact of the Sogec and BudgetBox acquisitions, representing growth of more than 17%.
HighCo also forecasts an adjusted operating margin above 12% for the current fiscal year.
