The Board of Directors of Hero MotoCorp Limited at its meeting held on February 5, 2025, announced appointment of Prabhat Singh as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, Effective from February 5, 2026. Consequent thereto, he shall also be the Nodal Officer of the Company. Mr. Prabhat Singh is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a law graduate.

He also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Financial Markets and Portfolio Management and has completed the Accelerated Senior Management Programme at The Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. He has over 17 years of extensive experience across corporate law, secretarial practices, SEBI regulations, IPOs, due diligence, and corporate governance matters.
