Gavin David O'dowd, CEO of snus retailer Haypp, sold 70,000 shares in the company on September 19. The shares were sold at a price of 168 SEK per share, bringing the total transaction value to just under SEK 11.8 million.

Following the sale, O'dowd retains 842,391 shares, according to ownership data from Holdings. This corresponds to 2.8 percent of the company's capital and voting rights.
