The purchase was executed on Nasdaq Stockholm, according to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's insider registry.
Prior to this transaction, Juhlin Pink did not own any shares in Haypp, as reported by the ownership service Holdings. She was elected as a new board member at the company's annual general meeting on May 15 of this year.
