(Alliance News) - Grifal Spa reported a net loss of EUR3.1 million for 2025, swinging from a profit of EUR150,260 in 2024.

Consolidated revenue reached EUR35.4 million, down from the EUR37.7 million recorded as of December 31, 2024.

The value of production amounted to EUR41.5 million, compared to EUR44.3 million the previous year.

EBITDA for 2025 fell to EUR2.1 million from EUR5.7 million a year earlier.

Furthermore, the company posted an operating loss of EUR2.4 million for the year, reversing an operating profit of EUR1.6 million in 2024.

The net financial position increased to EUR27.2 million from EUR23.4 million.

Based on the forecasts in the 2026-2030 business plan, the company stated in a note that "the group believes 2026 could represent a year of progressive rebalancing, also in relation to the significant cost-containment initiatives already underway and a sharper focus on commercial activities, following the further strengthening of sales divisions, thereby laying the groundwork for restructuring the net financial position."
