Nanosatellite company Gomspace is restructuring its operations into five business units to capitalize on growth opportunities across the value chain in the space sector. The five business units are Products, Satellite Systems, National & Defense Solutions, Advanced Missions, and North America.

This new model is designed to enable scalable and profitable growth in both commercial and institutional segments, including Europe's need for sovereign, secure, and advanced space solutions. At the same time, the company is introducing a strengthened group management, headed by CEO Carsten Drachmann and five business unit managers, each with full profit and loss responsibility.

The company employs over 230 people in more than 25 countries.
