Godfrey Phillips India Limited at its board meeting held on 3rd November 2025 declared interim dividend of 850% i.e. INR 17/- per equity share of INR 2/- each, for the financial year ending on 31st March 2026. The `Record Date' for determining the entitlement of the Shareholders of the Company to receive such interim dividend has been fixed as November 2025 and the dividend amount will be paid within 30 days from today to those Shareholders entitled thereto.
