GitGuardian SAS announced that it has raised $50 million in a round of funding led by new investor Insight Venture Management, LLC on February 11, 2026. The transaction also included participation from new investor Quadrille Capital SAS; returning investors Balderton Capital (UK) LLP, Bpifrance Investissement SAS, Eurazeo SE, Fly Ventures Management GmbH and Sapphire Ventures, LLC. The company has issued convertible preferred stock in the transaction.
