General Insurance Corporation of India announced the ministry of finance vide Letter No. F. no. A-l1011/03/2025-Ins.I dated 30 July 2025 conveyed that the Central Government had appointed Shri Ashwani Kumar (DIN: 10344636), MD & CEO, UCO Bank as Non- Executive Director on the Board of the Corporation for a period of three years, or till date of his tenure as MD & CEO, UCO Bank, or until further orders, whichever is earliest.

This is to inform that Shri Ashwani Kumar has ceased to be MD & CEO of UCO Bank on completion of his tenure on 31 May 2026 and accordingly has ceased to be Non- Executive Director on the Board of the Corporation with effect from 31 May 2026.
