The trade was executed on Nasdaq Stockholm, according to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's (Finansinspektionen) insider register.
Fredrik Lundberg's daughter, Katarina Martinson, serves as a member of the board of directors at Essity.
As of March 27, Fredrik Lundberg and his associated companies held 705,000 B-shares in Essity, while Katarina Martinson held 625,000 shares.
The investment company Industrivärden is the principal shareholder in Essity. Fredrik Lundberg is a major shareholder in Industrivärden.

At the end of 2025, the group operated around 70 production sites in the world.
