The directors therefore announce: that the Company will pay an interim dividend for the year ending 31 January 2027 (or the Effective Date of the Scheme if earlier) of 0.45 pence per share; the dividend will be paid on 27 February 2026 to shareholders on the register on 13 February 2026; the ex-dividend date will be 12 February 2026.
