(Alliance News) - Nexi Spa announced on Wednesday that non-executive and independent director Francesco Renato Mele has resigned.
Mele, who does not hold any shares in the paytech company, is leaving due to other professional commitments.
Nexi shares closed Wednesday up 1.7% at EUR4.90 per share.
