Foxconn Singapore Pte. Ltd. announced that it will issue 524,432,880 common shares at an issue price of SGD 1 per share for gross proceeds of SGD 524,432,880 on May 14, 2026. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd., for 524,432,880 shares to retain its 100% stake in the company.
The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the investor and audit committee of investor.
