Unilever PLC announces that Susan Kilsby, non-executive director and Vice Chair and Senior Independent Director of the Company, will serve as Executive Chair of Fortune Brands Innovations from February 12, 2026 and take on the duties of the office of the Chief Executive Officer during a transition period from April 1, 2026 until May 13, 2026. Susan has been a non-executive director of Fortune Brands Innovations since 2015 and was appointed its Chair in 2021 and will return to this role following the transition period.
